We collect very little about you, and almost nothing about your employees. This page explains what we hold, why, and how to get it back or corrected.
This policy applies to KN Managed Investments Pty Ltd ABN 33 669 078 657, trading as FBT Parking Report, and describes how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
When you place an order or contact us, we collect:
We also collect standard technical information when you visit this website — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page.
We do not use your information for marketing unless you have asked us to. If you have, you can opt out at any time by replying to any message we send.
Some of our service providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We hold information in access-controlled systems with multi-factor authentication. We limit access to those who need it to do the work. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, though no system is completely secure.
If we become aware of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
We retain reports, evidence packs and working papers for seven years from delivery, so that we can substantiate a rate if it is queried years later. This is the main reason we hold your information at all.
Correspondence and enquiry records that do not lead to an order are deleted after two years. Where we no longer need information and are not required to keep it, we destroy or de-identify it.
This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising pixels.
